Bring your water to a boil and add your pasta. While your pasta is cooking, slice tomatoes, smash and chop garlic, dice onion and chop nuts. Toss in a bowl and add your desired amount of feta cheese on top. When your pasta is ready, strain over sink and rinse with hot water to remove any starch. Pour into bowl and mix. 

Use as side or main entree. Enjoy! 

  • Pasta of your choice (penne or spiral)

  • 6-8 grape tomatoes

  • 1 garlic clove 

  • 1 TBS of white or red onion

  • 1/4 cup of chopped cashews (optional)

  • 1 cup of FoodyBiz microgreens

  • Feta cheese 

  • 1 clove garlic to your tasting

  • 1 tsp. ground cumin

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp pepper



Add hot pepper or hot sauce to spice it up.
Mix all ingredients in food processor or Vita Mix and serve with fresh veggies, chips or crackers.
